Ingredients
- 1.5 C flour
- 1.5 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 T sugar
- 2 eggs (separated)
- 1 C milk
- 85g butter, melted
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 C oil or butter per waffle
Instructions
- Sift in bowl: flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add to dry ingredients and stir: sugar, 2 egg yolks, and milk.
- Beat until stiff, fold into rest: 2 egg whites.
- Use 1/2 C of batter per waffle.
- Cook 2.5 – 3 mins per waffle.
