2/3 Waffle Recipe


Ingredients

  • 1.5 C flour
  • 1.5 t baking powder
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 eggs (separated)
  • 1 C milk
  • 85g butter, melted
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 C oil or butter per waffle

Instructions

  1. Sift in bowl: flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add to dry ingredients and stir: sugar, 2 egg yolks, and milk.
  3. Beat until stiff, fold into rest: 2 egg whites.
  4. Use 1/2 C of batter per waffle.
  5. Cook 2.5 – 3 mins per waffle.
