Ingredients
- 1 ½ C flour
- 2 T cocoa
- ¾ C sugar
- 2 T golden syrup
- 1 C milk
- 4 oz. margarine (110 grams)
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- Few drops of vanilla essence
Instructions
Dissolve margarine, sugar, golden syrup and ½ the milk. Add the baking soda to the rest of the milk and stir. Add the flour, cocoa, soda in milk, vanilla and baking powder. Line two baking tins with paper and bake for 15-20 minutes (keep an eye on it!) at 180 degrees.
