Chocolate Oat Cookies


Ingredients

  • 220 grams butter, softened
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 C flour
  • 1/2 C cocoa
  • 1 C large oats
  • 1 C small oats
  • 1/2 C oat bran
  • 1/4 t salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C

1. Soften butter

2. Stir in sugar and brown sugar

3. Mix, stir in eggs, baking soda, flour, and cocoa

4. Mix together large oats, small oats, oat bran, and salt. Stir in.
