Easy Fruit Crumble


Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 1 C flour
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 3/4 C rolled oats
  • 3/4 C coconut
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 2 t mixed spice
  • 1 cap vanilla
  • 2 tins of fruit (eg peaches, blackberries)

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 180.

1. Melt butter, add 2 t vanilla

2. Combine flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, coconut, cinnamon, and mixed spice

3. Add melted butter mixture, mix

4. Drain can of peaches.  Put peaches and blackberries in an oven proof dish.

5. Spread crumble mixture over fruit

6. Bake at 180°C for 30-40 mins, or until golden brown
