Honey Jumbles


Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 cups rice bubbles

Instructions

Put the first three in a large bowl; cook on high for 1.5 minutes, stir, cook for another 1.5 minutes on high. Add rice bubbles and stir until they are coated nicely. Pour the mixture into a greased dish and press in. Put in fridge until firm and eat.

1x 300g pack = 10 cups
