Ingredients
- 1T white sugar (or 2T)
- 1¼ cups milk
- 1 egg
- 2T butter, melted
- 1½ cups all purpose flour
- 3½ t baking powder
- ½t salt
Instructions
- Large bowl
- sift dry ingredients
- make a well, pour in milk, egg, butter
- mix until smooth
- Heat in lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
- ¼ cup per pancake.
- Brown both sides.
- Serve hot.
